Save Attachments activity not working

I have used the save attachment activity but not able to see the attachments at given path. Input arguments are required for this activity are also correct.

Hi @Jagjeet_Singh,

What activity are you using to get the mail messages list ?

If you use Get Exchange Mail Messages you have to check the GetAttachments option.

GetAttachments - Specifies whether to retrieve the attachments in the email message. By default, this check box is cleared

Actually I got the cause of the error when I am tried to save the attachment at client environment then there is no problem. when I tried at my office environment there is a firewall issue that’s why I got this issue.
