Hi all,
im facing issue where uipath suddenly cant click some elements in PC2 . I checked with ui explorer and found out although the selector exists, its clicking the wrong area. Whats the reason for this?
Both environments are using the same SAP environment, and network settings are the same (high speed)
PC1
PC2
Hi @jack.chan
Could you please check the Resolution of both the PC and try again.
Thanks

Hello @jack.chan
Has it recently happened? If yes, you can check the versions of the packages.
If you found it different then better to align both and give it a try.

HI @jack.chan
I would say, the solution is here:
Hi @murray.trim
Then it is all super clear.
The root cause is that SAP has introduced Multi Monitor Scaling support :(( It has nothing to do with UiPath.
There are a plenty of issues with SAP WInGUI 7.70 und Multi scaling, feel free to check it our here: https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2985351
In your case the solution would be
Close all SAP windows incl. SAP Logon itself
Set the DPI scaling of ALL your monitors to 100% (means, no scaling) in Windows display setting.
Restart SAP…
Please double check
Best regards, Lev
