RPA Support Model set-up in a new RPA COE..Need help

Hi All,

Any suggestion on how to set up a RPA Support model in my company like what type of documentation, controls we should consider.
If anyone has real time or can share personal experience will be of great help.

Hi, @Anto125. Have you had the Implementation Methodology Training? It will surely help a lot. Also, pls elaborate more on “Support Model”.

No I have not taken up the implementation methodology training yet.
RPA support model means how to provide support and maintenance on processes who are already in Production- so what all should be taken into consideration to prepare a standard methodology within my company. Basically, RPA is new in my company so we dont have much standard methods and templates available for processes which are already live and I need to set that up.
