Hi,

We are planning to Implement RPA in our org, would like to understand more on governance model i.e Service to create a framework on the governance for Robotic Process Automation…

Can someone help me or point me to right direction here in order to understand pre-requisites and things to be taken care before the start of this implementation.

You should look at materials around RPA Centre of Excellence, which always consider elements such as governance frameworks for RPA in an enterprise:

There will be tonnes of information around the web (see big tech consultancies) on CoEs too.

In addition to the Center of Excellence you may want to look at some of the lesson plans on the UiPath Academy.

The Implementation Manager and Business Analyst plans could be useful to you.
