RPA Project Complexity from a Business Analyst point of view

Hi,

How cand a RPA BA determine if an RPA project is low complexity, medium or high? What are the criteria?

I saw a lot of post that were talking about APIs, third-party activities, complex database.

My question is how cand a BA tell the complexity without knowing all the development details.
