What is RPA business process?

HI All,

I would to know what exactly to explain the interviewer about RPA Process.
Because even though I’ve explained about LifeCylcle PDD interviewer is not satisfied. Can someone give clarity on this?

RPA business process is the process which you are going to automate using RPA tool.It should be repetitive,stable,and requires digital input.

So it should be something like this

  1. What applications you are working on in the process
  2. How complex is it…and why is it complex if so?
  3. Are there any pdf /du automation required?if ao what was tried and why that approach is choosen
  4. What is the roi with that process
  5. Is there any process improvement that you have done?
  6. Wht challenges you faced and how you tried to over come then

Only explaining process would not help…you have to give explanation on why it is doen like that…and if there are any shortcomes in anyother approach you would have seen
