Robot not running after one cycle

We have an issue after a robot has performed the automation and it’s waiting for the next trigger, it suddenly does work. meaning trigger doesn’t start the bot to automate. We tested the workflow in our dev machine and it’s fully working, but when we publish it, the issue happens.

Are there any differences between environments (dev/prod)? Like other Studio/Orchestrator versions etc?

Hi,
Both studio and Orchestrator have the same versions. Is there a way we can troubleshoot this one?

We set the WaitActive option in On Element Appear and it solves our issue
