Robot Disconnected even if connected

Hi,

I’m facing a strange case.

I create a Robot who run my processus from uipath studio well.

But when i go to orchestrator, i can’t use it and i don’t understand why ?

Hello @Hadrien_Poquet,

If you mean that you can’t execute your robot via Orchestrator, then the issue would be is that your robots are Studio-type or have Studio licenses.

Starting from the latest Orchestrator update you can only run Unattended robots via Orchestrator. If you want to be able to trigger one of your robots via Orchestrator, then I would recommend that you change the robot type of one of your robots to Unattended.
