Error when trying to restart bot service and open assistant
Error Message:
Troubleshooting: Try restarting the machine and reopening Assistant. If the issue still occurs check the EventViewer logs. If storage issues are found in the EventViewer, make sure there is enough space on the drive before proceeding to the solution.
Resolution:
- Make a backup of the %appdata%\UiPath\store.json file
- Delete the store.json file from %appdata%\UiPath
- Restart the RobotService
- Open the UiPath Assistant
- Reconnect the robot to Orchestrator
- After Orchestrator is reconnected, test launching a process to ensure it executes successfully on the machine
This message should not be seen anymore after version 21.10.6 .
