The purpose of the business process is to perform the risk classification of all credit operations released.
Thus, the classification is given through the following calculation:
PO – Operation Provision;
RA – Associate Risk, value updated automatically;
RO – Operation Risk, based on three criteria, they are: payment capacity/adequacy, term and guarantee, the last being manually marked.
The guarantee has 4 criteria, from which the best of them should be chosen:
- Very low risk guarantor (pledge/assignment);
- Medium and low risk guarantor (1st degree mortgage);
- 1st degree cedular and mercantile pledge;
- Very high risk guarantor (no guarantees or others not covered).
The expectation with the automation of the process is to reduce the operational load, where the employee can apply the time allocated to the manual process, in other activities such as relationships, in addition to motivation at work and reduction of operational error.
