Entry of Tax Operations
Use Case Description
Companies that frequently use other companies’ services and products have the need to pay for all these services and products correctly and without delay. To do so, it is necessary to obtain all tax documents for the purchase of products and services so that they can be registered in a tax management system, such as Oracle EB SUITS R12. In this way, the Finance team will be able to analyze, approve and carry out the payment properly.
This RPA process aims to carry out the steps of downloading and registering tax documents. To do so, the following steps are performed:
- Login to the government tax documents website with the company user;
- Filter tax documents by date on the website;
- Download these tax documents;
- Perform the registration of each of the documents in the Oracle EB SUITS R12 system, with the help of queues and folder architecture;
- Close the system correctly;
- Submit a report to the Finance team.
With automation, the process will be carried out faster and more accurately.
