How to reset admin credentials in Process Mining( PM)?
Resolution:
- Take a backup (copy) of the existing superadmin.db file located in the databases folder of the PM installation & name it differently (e.g. superadmin_orig.db)
- Take the superadmin.db file from the Process Mining installation, archive with the same version (e.g. UiPathProcessMining-21.10.zip/install/databases/superadmin.db) and paste it in the databases folder
- Refresh the super admin interface in the browser. It should now only contain the default sa super admin user, which is the one that the Process Mining product ships with out of the box.
Disadvantage: Any custom super admin users which existed before are now lost and need to be created again by the user.
