Reset password on orchestrator is not working

Hi,

I am not able to reset my password for orchestrator even after providing emails and username.
Can anyone please let me know why it doesn’t sent reset link ?

please check your email address and also check your spam emails also. some times it will be there

Thanks Venkat, I did, even checked with other email just to make sure if I have ever forgot the combination. But it never reset. I had all my assets there.
