Orchestrator wont sent reset password link

Hi all,

Orchestrator wont send password link to my mail, anyone knows the issue?

I used:

https://platform.uipath.com/account/login
https://demo.uipath.com/account/login?returnUrl=%2F

Checked:

junk
spam
inbox

I had this issue and it was faster to create new account, so I try with two accounts.

I think if you do not use the Orchestrator for more than a week it will remove your tenant access. You need to request for new tenant access which will be done in less than 5 mins.
