Remove unmatched rows after invoking code

I am working with two datasets - each over 200,000 rows but only two columns. Each column has the same header in both data sets. Each data set may have a multiple to one relationship. I have invoked DTOutput = dt1.AsEnumerable().Intersect(dt2.AsEnumerable(),DataRowComparer.Default).Copy to DataTable. I also want, in the same invoke, to remove the rows from each data source that are not matches and write range to separate excel files. I tried using the same with .Except…but get outputs that do not tie to the original data sources(ie, the intersect, when added to the Except should tie to the original data source). I want to see what was actually not considered in the Intersect.
