Remove empty cell from data table

I have one Excel file with some data, the columns are not in sequence, please check the below screenshot.

when I’m reading this Excel file, then the output is coming in this format.

How can I delete all empty cells and get this result?
can we get this result with a VB script or any logic?

Could you please share the output format of the data which you require.

I suggest to read the 2 tables separately then, merge it horizontally
