Remote Debugging Fail

Hi everyone!
I’m trying for the first time to use Remote Debugging but I’m having problems to connect to the remote pc.
I’m following the steps here:

When I run the command to configure the remote machine on the command prompt it shows this message:
Robot on machine DESKTOP-XXXX is waiting for remote debugging instructions on port XXXX.
But then, when I try to connect from the local pc in Studio (and put the exact Host and Port) after pushing Test Connection button it shows this message:
Request could not find host ‘DESKTOP-XXX’. Please check the name and try again.

Do you know what is the problem?
