Release note visibility in Manage Packages popup

Hi Team,

The release notes included with the package during publishing should be visible when installing the package through the Package Manager. This allows developers to quickly see the changes in the new version of the package they are about to install.

Yeah I would love something like this!! Now we need to go to git or orchestrator to find out what the changes are between versions of packages.
