Received wrong voucher from uipath ops team

Hi,

I have filled form to automation ops team for UiPath voucher for professional certification. Unfortunately they sent me the voucher for associate one. I already have obtained associate developer certificate 2 months back and wanted to take professional certificate. Any idea how can this confusion be resolved with the UiPath certification team.

You have to raise it here

In the chatbot select others and it would redirect you to raise a request with necessary details
