Reading excel file but the excel file have lock. i dont know what it's called

hi i’m using excel scope to read a .xls file but the excel file have this
can you help me to auto okay the button while excel scope is running?
or if that appear a condition will click that okay button?

i tried element exist,On Element apear. those don’t work.

Please try using a parallel activity with click and excel scope both
