Read PDF With OCR: Access to the path is denied

I can not find the solution to get permission.
I’ve tried to go to folder \ properties \ security \ advanced to change permission.
But nothing works

Hello all, I had this same issue and found a solution. There is a hidden folder called .local. Delete that entire folder and then try opening the project or file. Viewing hidden files in Windows must be enabled and more on that can be found here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

Please right click on the file and take a screenshot of the properties.

This might happen if your PDF is open while running your process or if the PDF is locked (or in some cases, in read only)
