Read PDF Text Error

Hi.

I’m reading PDF’s in a process and all the documents are reading fine except one. It is coming out in special characters. e.g. “£$%%^@/<>”.

What would be the reason for this? Can it be fixed?

Try to read that PDF only

And check

It is a protected/encrypted file?

If you try manually to copy paste, the same results appear?

No they don’t appear correctly

Can you provide a copy of the pdf + a copy of the result?

Or at least some screenshots, if contain sensitive information.

Also, did you updated the UiPath pdf activities?

It contains sensitive information so I am unable to share screenshots or the pdf.
Yes all pdf activity stuff has been updated
