Read Multiple Mailboxes in IBM Notes

Hello,
i was reading this documentation:

This Documentation says the Activity can only “use the current active IBM Notes account on the machine that is running the automation process.”

Can one account read mails from multiple inboxes? e.g. Accounting-Inbox; HR-Inbox etc.

Using my personal email “firstname.lastname@domain.com” I can access mails and send mails using “accounting@domain.com” or “hr@domain.com”.
So yes there are multiple mailboxes.
