Read CSV and add in other CSV merge

I have a csv22.xls (1.7 KB)
file, I want to read this file which contains information and then I have another csv that contains the headers I would like to merge. here is an example that I wish can give me an example thank you very much I do not know how to do it
to load it I converted the file to xls but I want it in csvFinal.xls (8.5 KB)
first.xls (157 Bytes)

  1. Read the CSV which contains the headers.
  2. Read the second CSV with the values and merge the datatable with the first one.
  3. Save the file as an .xlsx.
