Read CSV and add in other CSV

I have a csv1 file, I want to read this file which contains information and then I have another csv that contains the headers I would like to merge. here is an example that I wish can give me an example thank you very much I do not know how to do it
to load it I converted the file to xls but I want it in csv

first.xls (157 Bytes)
2.xls (1.7 KB)
Final.xls (8.5 KB)

Hi @kaj

It looks like you’ve attached .csv files with .xls extension. Could you reattach your files saved properly? Otherwise it gives an error upon opening and might scare users from providing you with some advise
