Is it possible to choose multiple options in Input dialog?

I am able to create multiple options in the checkboxes as said in this answer Is it possible to design it in such a way that the user can select both the options ? Note : Jokes apart I am asking the technical perspective only

If set one element it would be a textbox and if multiple it would radio buttona to choose from.
