Use Case Description

In this use case, BOT will design customer-oriented promotional graphics and get approve by the SME and Distribute it into FB, Instagram, Viber, Whatsapp, and Email

In this project, we broke down the whole process into 2 parts

  1. Graphic design BOT Front end UI Automation
  • The analytical team send weekly promotions into SME and SME will update that excel file into CRM
  • All Promotion Artwork details are a group of customers oriented
  • After updating all Promotions and Customer data SME will start bots from CRM
  • The bot will take one by one and create the promotion artwork using analytical details
  • All the product images and templates are getting from the Azure BLOB
  • All the Status are maintain calling APIs there is no direct interaction with CRM DB
  • After Sending the Success API calls all the creatives will appear on the CRM Approver page
  • SME will approve all promotions if there any defects SME will reject and re-initiate then the bot will recreate the artwork
  1. Distribution BOT – Back end
  • All functions are run through calling APIs
  • For FB customer have Ad Account, Instagram Page, FB Page,
  • FB APP created to access FB Graph API
  • In FB Graph API Marketing API will access to Publish Carousal adds
  • Instagram carousel add also publish through Marketing API
  • Twillio SendGrid API used to send bulk Emails
  • Viber promotions are sent through Viber Business Account API
  • SMS also a part of this process promotion text will take from DB and right away pushed into the different API
