Use Case Description
An integral part of Product Managers and Customer Experience Managers is gathering insights from customer feedback and creating business strategies that leverage that insight. But they are faced with mountains of feedback that comes from so many sources and platforms, and manually analyzing it requires enormous resources.
We propose a hyper-automation solution for this use-case, with RPA robots regularly collecting the feedback from all sources of interest, AI-powered Communications Mining for analyzing the feedback and extracting insights, and a UiPath App as the entry-point to this solution, where users can request the data for the chosen sources, for a select timespan, and see custom visualizations as well as go and further explore the same data in Communications Mining, to make full use of its reporting capabilities.
