Processes to promote items from dev to test to prod

Script to move process from Dev/QA -> Prod Orchestrator

We have Dev, QA, and Production Orchestrator instances, all on different servers and independent of one another. Studio is linked up to Dev, but as a developer, I do not have access to the production environment. Therefore, we want to enter our changes for production into a change management, and a script migrate everything. Does anyone have experience migrating process between Orchestrator instances or have any guidance on how we could do this? We are also interested in migrating Assets.
