I am new to this and created a process and published but it is not showing in orchestra. Do I need to set some rights or something?

If you published the process from studio desktop then you will have the package under Tenant → Packages make sure you have your studio publishing options selected as tenant feed. if you selected folder feed then it will be under folder → Automations → Folder Packages. from that package you need to create as process in specific folder where you want the process.
If you publish from studio web then it will be under solutions and you need to deploy the solution.

Where did you publish your project to?
If personal workspace feed, process is automatically created in orchestrator. Please check Automation - Process tab in “My workspace” folder.
If tenant feed or folder feed, it’s necessary to create process explicitly.
Click “Add Process” at “folder” - Automation - Process
Choose package which you published.

Make sure you are selecting the Tenant feed:
If your option is the personal workspace feed, then it will be available only under your workspace.
