For the last 2 days, myself and development team have been having problems with videos working on the academy site, both videos not working at all, and our “progress” through courses being lost. I’m not sure what to do about it (ie how to raise it, seek support) I can’t find any evidence it’s a problem, let alone an ETA. Has anyone seen this and if’t it’s a known issue already, does anyone know the ETA to fix.
Hai @chrisf Ensure that ur academy login and password is Correct . & Check wheather you give the “Resume Progress” or Not… If u resume the progress means u got all u have done…
Thanks Nandhuba for the tips, but that’s not the problem.
A few of us are having the same problem, and re definitely logged in and using the resume progress button. There are errors displaying in the box where the video should appear, eg.
The webpage at https://academy4.blob.core.windows.net/rpa-starter/RPA%20Starter/Most%20Common%20Activities/Most%20Common%20Activities_player.html might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
It’s working now for all of us, whatever it was seems to be resolved
