Problems installing Orchestrator on VM and DBaaS SQL DB

I have problems with installing the Orchestrator on an Azure VM with an Azure DBaaS SQL server. I get an not very meaningful error message during the creation of the databse in the installation process. The connection test in the installation process to the Azure DBaaS DB is working fine. Is this mixed installation supported or not?

I have tested the installtion of the Orchestrator on an Azure VM with an SQL server also based on an Azure VM and this worked without any problems.
