Problem with PDF data exctraction

I am trying to edit an editable pdf. The issue I am facing is the type into fields are at the bottom pane of the pdf, and ui path is not able to find the element and relative type into. How can i scroll down the pdf?
I tried send hotkey option win + pgdn but its not working. PFA pdf m trying to edit.

@Sangitab, Though not a perfect solution you can try this,

After opening your PDF,

  1. Press 3 Tabs (Send HotKey)
  2. Now the focus will be in Your Last Name field
  3. Use Type Into activity to set some text
  4. Use Tabs for navigation
