Problem with JIRA Ticket Creation

The error I get is:
Jira Scope: Authentication information is invalid. Please check your credentials and try again.

What am I doing wrong.

It indicate API Token or Username is not valid one. Check if API Token required in SecureString or just String.

It is required in Secure String.
I tried String it showed me the error.

Ok and the username you are passing the email id right?

If this is correct then may be the API Token is not valid one. Try regenerating it again.

Yes. The Email.
Also the token is generated for unlimited time. But I will try creating a new one .

I used my username and password for the JIRA Login instead of API Token and it worked.
