Powershell command to choose default apps by file type?

Hi All,

By default the .CSV file is getting opened in Excel file.

I want to change the by default app for .CSV to Notepad and vice versa

Want to perform this action at the start of bot and end of bot using powershell command.

Couldn’t you use some sort of group policy for this instead?
