Pop Up disruption

Hi, I have the UiPath studio version 4.7.2 with me and starting to do automation for my operational activities.
However, I see that in my automation, there are times where there would be a pop-up for Software Update and my automation would be disrupted.
Another problem is with running the sequence. Sometimes it will run perfectly, but in other times when nothing has changed, it will stop.
Need your advice on this, thanks!
