Hi
Is any workbook activity used along the workflow
If it is a excel use a excel activity and not the workbook activities
Try using a KILL PROCESS activity before using the activity with ProcessName property mentioned as “EXCEL”

Hi @Ram_N,

Please check windows event logs , I have faced this issue earlier and found the cause from those logs.

Did we try with WORKBOOK activities instead of EXCEL activities
