Your robots, assets and other data should have been safely moved to a different folder location on the orchestrator.
Can you please check the folders on left - Default or Shared?
Also, please verify on Automation cloud if this account has the right permissions to see the artifacts on various levels.
You can also go to the Folders tab (seen here next to the currently active Robots tab) and check folder-specific permissions for your current user.
