I can't able to access to the folders in the Orchestrator, please suggest

In my account there are 2 org’s with same org name and 1 as all the access, but another one as no access, please take a look the SS and suggest.

Please check the user access setting and ask the admin to give the access to the folders.

I tried and everything is correct, but the access it not reflecting.
