Robots will be visible from tenants tab…

And in the new structure users is where you can find the robot users…which ever robot you assign a license and assign the folder then that corresponding user will be added to the folder

Add the robot account in the folder where you are trying to run the process, make sure that he has in his roles the Robot role, and then retry.

Also, make sure that the robot is set to be Unattended and provide its username and machine password.
