Permissions to publish Apps

Hello,
What roles/permissions need to be given to developers (within a Tenant) to allow them publish Apps? Also, can multiple people have the permissions to publish? We have an Enterprise Cloud version with Multiple Tenants. TIA!

@Rohi2023,

To allow developers to publish apps in UiPath, specific roles need to be assigned to them within the tenant. The roles that grant permissions related to app management are:

  1. App Creator Role:
    Allows users to create or collaborate on apps.
    Users with this role can see and update all the apps they have created (owners) or apps shared with them (co-authors).
  2. App Administrator Role:
    Allows users to manage apps extensively.
    Users with this role can create apps, see all apps within the organization, update their own apps and shared apps, change the owner of any app, and manage access and roles of apps users.

Thank you!
One more thing, we have about 20 testers (who are not developers/creators) who need to use the Apps. What permissions should be given to them? Right now, only the developers with App Creator permissions can see the “Apps” tab on Orchestrator. It doesn’t how up for other users within our Tenant.

TIA!

@Rohi2023

please check this

are the apps published? once published only other users can see

cheers

Yes they are published, but only the App Creators can see it. The “Apps” tab on Orchestrator dashboard is not showing up for them at all (see image below). I as a Creator can see it, but other testers with non-creator roles cannot see it. Do they all have to be given creator roles to see it? TIA!

I believe users are added…and app is deployed?

creator role is not needed
