Permission error when trying to read an excel file

Hello

I get the following error when trying to read an excel file on sharepoint online using sharepoint integration service : “Read Range: The caller doesn’t have permission to perform the action.”

The email does have permission, I don’t understand. could the issue be from the siez of the xlsx ? it has 74 000 rows. here is the activity :

Check your Azure App permissions are as per this guide or not.
Your Azure App should have below accesses.
