Performer Bot Job Not Terminating ...cont

I tried to kill (clicked Kill) a Performer Bot and it’s stuck at Terminating. Then I opened task manager in that bot server and clicked end task for the robot agent. It’s still showing as Terminating status at the Orchestrator Job. Any help please?

Can you provide more information like

1)Studio & Orchestrator Version
2) Also check that the connection between the Orchestrator and Robot is stable

Studio version is 19.10.4.0 and Orchestrator 2019.10.19. The connection is stable.

Terminating is a intermediary state that is triggered if you click the Kill button in Orchestrator.

Terminating issue in Orchestrator

Hi I have been experiencing some issues on one of my robots. I have pressed Terminate in orchestrator however it has been terminating for 2 months now. Furthermore the process has been running fine every day even though it still states that it’s terminating. However now when I want to update (new publish) my robot I cant seem to do it, because Orchestrator still claims it’s terminating. Any ide [Terminating issue]as on how to resolve this issue?
