Hi,
I have force my job to kill but I can see in the Job listing, it’s still showing in execution status even after I disconnected the robot machine .
Could anyone help me to how handle this?
You can refer the screenshot, from last several hours it is showing “Terminating” but not changing status.
Hey @ASinha,
If you do have access to Robot Machine then i would suggest you to kill the uipath agent on the robot machine and restart the uipath robot service
Hi @ASinha
As @amarasto suggested you can kill the process after killing refresh the page should stop the work flow
Thanks

Earlier I tried those options first but nothing helping me out.
Because this job is not terminating and status is blue. So due to which my ROBOT is also getting busy though its not executing anything. VERY WEIRD
AND ITS HARD TO GET SUPPORT FROM UIPATH
Hi @ASinha
Have you schedule the bot ??
Thanks

What version if orchestrator is that
New cloud orchestrator
Or a enterprise edition
This can be resolved buddy
If this is getting more worse we have UiPath technical support to help us… Try to connect them, you will change this opinion.
Cheers @ASinha
Hi All,
My problem is solved by deleting the entry for that JOB which was stuck in Orchestrator from the Job.Table
Thanks
how did you do that? where/how do i access the job.table? i have the same issue on orchestrator, the job is terminated but its stuck on terminating.
Hi, you managed to connect to the Orchestrator Database, I am trying the same.
Hi, could you please guide me how you stopped that job which was stuck at “terminating” status?
