Per tenant time-zone

Hi,

I got this question from a partner who was wondering if they can set different time-zones per each tenant.
After some research into this I’ve discovered that we can only set the time-zone per Orchestrator instance.

So, I think it would be helpful to have the option to set a timezone per each tenant given the fact that customers might have a single orchestrator instance somewhere in the cloud and different tenants that run processes in different time-zones across the globe

This option is available in the 2016.2 version and will be improved in the 2017.1.
