PDF not displaying in Task form for some users

Hello,

I have a custom task form that is all working correctly except that some users can’t see the pdfs that are embedded. Some users can though, and it’s consistent - if a user can see one, they see them all, and if they can’t see one, they can’t see any. This also only occurs in Chrome - users who can’t see the files in chrome will see the files if they use Edge. It makes me think it’s some sort of setting in Chrome, anyone have any ideas of things to try?

open the networks tab and check if you see any errors , may be thats the first step to see if there are any issues

Could you please check the pdf setting in chrome as below. Also clear cache after changes & restart the chrome.
