Package mismatch when automating

Hello, I’ve been trying to automate on a citrix environment.

When I run the process on my pc it runs just fine, but when I do it from the AZURE server it is supposed to run on I keep getting this error

Any ideas?

So did you check the software versions ?

This is due to the version issue between the uipath and the packages. Plz check whether the Uipath in server is having the same versions as in your pc.
