Output panel not visible

Hi, I am unable to find output panel in my ui path community edition.
Tried with Go to Setup -> Reset Settings . ( Goes to Default settings), its not working for me.
Option 2 :
Go to \AppData\Local\UiPath how can i go to this path?
please antone suggest me.

Goto “c:\Users” and check in folder with your account name.

C:\Users\YourAccountName\AppData\Local\UiPath\Layout.xml

Hi, I tried with setup and reset settings, it worked for once, after that again same situation I can’t see output panel again. How can I fix permenently.
