I want to create an automation that start when an email arrives.
I saw the trigger “Outlook Mail Message Trigger” but I don’t know how to set up for a Outlook account.

Am I doing correctly? Which is the bests practice for start a flow from this trigger?

you need to create an integration service connection in orchestrator and that can be used here

Steps

  1. Open orchestrator
  2. Select integration service
  3. From integration service select outlook and provide details
  4. Then the connection will be visible here in dropdown

First thing, is your bot going to be attended or unattended?

If it’s going to be Attended then you got the right trigger. Follow this tutorial.

If it’s going to be Unattended, the this is not the right trigger. You will have to use Integration services.
