Outlook .msg File Error

Hi ,

Steps performing

  1. Downloading the attachments in the email Using Save all attachments activity
  2. Also Downloading the Mail Message with attachments.
  3. In Case Business Exception we are attaching the mail message which is in .msg format.
  4. When I am trying to open the mail message from email following error is coming.

But when I do the same Steps manually its working fine.

And when I download as .eml using Bot then it is working fine

So will the bot support .msg files.

are you trying to save attachments using readmailmessages then from the output list of mails.? or trying to save attachments from .msg files which will be stored in folder.?
